{"id":891,"date":"2013-09-03T08:39:35","date_gmt":"2013-09-03T07:39:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.geraldgarcia.com\/wordpress\/?p=891"},"modified":"2013-09-03T09:37:18","modified_gmt":"2013-09-03T08:37:18","slug":"bach-visualised","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/geraldgarcia.com\/?p=891","title":{"rendered":"Bach visualised"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>How often do we suspect that there is more going on in Bach&#8217;s music than meets the ear?<br \/>\nWell, a\u00a0mathematical image-maker\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.josleys.com\/\">Jos Leys<\/a>\u00a0has managed to show visually how\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/youtu.be\/xUHQ2ybTejU\">the first canon from Bach\u2019s\u00a0<\/a><em><a href=\"http:\/\/youtu.be\/xUHQ2ybTejU\">Musical Offering<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>looks as it crawls its way<em>\u00a0<\/em>first forward, then in reverse, then in both directions at once!
