Johannes Moller gave a dazzling display of digital dexterity in his own pieces, mainly based on Indian mystical themes. This was a triumph of tone colour and dynamic contrast.

This was followed by the ever breezy Eden Stell Duo, with beautiful playing in four Canciones y Danzas by Federico Mompou followed by … another piece by Johannes -Buds are breaking …

Meanwhile the ensemble which is practising my Concerto – China Sings – is making progress by leaps and bounds, andthe piece is coming together beautifully with intelligent and virtuosic playing by Kuang Junhong who is also very nice to work with!
